The Best Is Sometimes Second
Introducing Nickolas & Tiana
Hello my lovely readers!
It’s been a while again, I was sick last week, but I’m all good now.^^
I hope you’re all healthy and happy and have had a great start into the new week!
This post is all about two side characters in A Sweet Disruption, that I have grown very fond of.
Who knows, maybe I’ll make a sequel with one of them after this…
Nickolas Leroy
Nickolas (25), nickname Nick, is Arthur’s younger brother by two years. He’s the life of the party and always up for a good time or an exciting adventure and always has a funny line on hand. He studies history and aims to be a historian. He prefers salty over sweet things, his favorite dish is his mother’s pasta.
Like Arthur, he learned martial arts from his father but doesn’t practice it as much.
He comes after his mother and is very caring towards the people he holds close and has a very protective side that often comes out with Arthur, although he’s supposed to be the older brother.
When Arthur was having a difficult time, Nick was always there for him and he’s also the one he can count on when things get a little out of hand in the second half of the book.
He loves Rufus, Arthur’s cat, to death and often smothers him when he’s crashing at his brother’s apartment (Rufus doesn’t seem to mind).
You could say Nickolas is the overall more free spirited one of the Leroy brothers.
Tiana Moreen
Tiana (24), or Tia, is Sicilia Moreen’s daughter. Her mother works in Baked Novels and she grew up with Liana like sisters since she was sixteen. She lives with her mother in the apartment opposite of Liana and her mother Rowenna, above the book café.
Tia loves pastries, books and animals, and is always up to take a trip and explore the world in her free time with her familiy or her friends.
She’s a feisty rebel in sheeps clothing and doesn’t back down when someone disrespects her or her loved ones. She’s also blunt with her words and doesn’t know how to sugar coat, often comming accross as rude to strangers who don’t know her well.
With the people she feels comfortable around, Tia is fiercly protective and caring, she’s the fixer type of person and wants her loved ones to always be happy, safe, and taken care of.
Tia’s biggest dream is to become an renowned pastry chef and take over Baked Novels one day.
